Folu Adenuga is a sophomore at Duke University, intending to major in Biology/Psychology and Global Health. She participated in the Duke in the Arab World study abroad program in Morocco and Egypt, where she lived among local communities, studied the Arabic language, and explored questions of religious citizenship. This experience deepened her interest in the intersection of health, culture, and religion in the Middle East and beyond. Folu is passionate about global health equity and intercultural exchange, hoping to pursue a career that combines scientific research with cross-cultural understanding.
